As our culture accepts miscues by government official, many leaders will be labeled negatively. Leaders, therefore, need to learn to express some humility and kindness in their socio-technical system. Leading people from these attractive, government positions provide ample for opportunity for wrongdoing. A leader must exert control in the group dynamics when there is corruption.
